Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Shoulders: Place the measuring tape on the edge of one shoulder and drag it along over the back of your neck to the edge of your other shoulder.
Height: Place the measuring tape flatest part of foot and drag to the top of head.
